Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within Spain, Europe and to selected international destinations. If you're unsure whether I ship to your location, feel free to reach out via the contact page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. I understand that shipping can seem pricey — especially for fragile, heavy items like ceramics — but I don't mark up shipping fees. These rates are set by the carriers, and I pack everything with extra care to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! If you’re local, you’re very welcome to pick up your order for free from Can Campolier, Porqueres (Girona). Just select the local pickup option at checkout, and I’ll be in touch to arrange a time that works for you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handmade and unique, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Why are handmade ceramics more expensive than mass-produced ones?

Each piece I create is crafted by hand from start to finish — including forming, drying, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. The process takes time, skill, and care. You're not just buying a product — you're supporting a small, independent artist and a traditional craft that values quality over quantity.

How do I care for my ceramics?

Most pieces are food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe unless otherwise noted. I personally put my pieces through the dishwasher and it has never been a problem. However, I cannot confirm the long term durability over a multi-year period. If you want to err on the side of caution, hand washing is always a good idea.
